OUR MISSION

We, M&K Nail Spa, aim to provide you with professional quality work and exceptional services. To provide you with the best experience, we have the following policies for the mutual convenience of both our clients and staff.

CANCELATIONS

Please give us advance notice for canceling your appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, we may require you to reschedule or sign onto our walk-in list.

REFUNDS

If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of  it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancemnets or coatings that have been applied. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon.

COMPLIMENTARY FIXES

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please speak with management immediately and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

We are more than happy to fix any service within 3 days of your original visit. Please call in advance to inform us, fixes after 3 days will be charged.

CHILD SAFETY

If you are coming with kids, we request that you take care of them as we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

We reserve the Right to Refuse Service to:

Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious

Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area

Anyone in ill health that we may suspect maybe contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service

Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers

*If you hvae diabetes, blood thinning, or allergies, please inform our technicians so that we can provide our service with proper care*
